Project management

Any questions you may have for one home, you will have for an entire project.
Our definition of a project is; two or more houses or apartments.
As a project developer you will have additional questions:

Is the contractor financially stable enough to plan and complete the work the right way?
How does he deal with any shortages?
Is he in full control of the subcontractors?
Is his planning realistic?
Will the project be completed in a realistic time frame?

Or does he need coaching on one or more of these points?

After observation and analysis we help creating a logistical and financial planning.
We consult with the contractor, sub-contractors and suppliers
We maintain control over the financial and building aspects of the entire project.
We coach the contractor.

Maintenance of homes

In case you do not occupy the home permanently, we can take care of:

maintenance of your home during your absence
mediation for short term lease or rental of your home
cleaning and garden maintenance
